About Time

Not many times you’re glad the rain comes hey?

Especially when you spend the majority of your day outside.

But after the last 3 or so months of pretty much North Queensland type weather

(without those Queenslander rednecks tho haha!)

It was a nice change to see the rain come down yesterday and even today.

Sure we gotta change things up a bit and change location for a few sessions,

and even change a few of the exercises around to suit the plan b.

Gotta say it’s worth it though when we get a bit of relief from the humidity.

Just so long as the rain doesn’t last for a week we’re sweet.

The point I’m trying to make though, is just like the change from constant humidity to a bit of rain is good

a change in your own routine can sometimes be just what the doctor ordered.

– To help get you out of the rut you may be in

– To fix that boredom that you may be experiencing with what you may be currently doing

And now you can’t use the too hot excuse,

it is the perfect time to get on board with DPM.

I’ve got some availability in the following groups

** Mon/Wed @ Lilyfield 5:40-6:40am

** Tues/Fri @ Lilyfield 5:40-6:40am (blokes only)

**Tues/Thurs at Observatory Hill 7:15-7:45am

** Saturday at Observatory Hill 8-9am

Yes, you’ll still be dry even if it rains cause we move to an undercover location at each venue.

Cause I know the last thing you want – or need – is to get crook cause some dickhead made you train in the rain.

Sure, it might’ve been fun when you were 21 but hey, none of us are close to that now and we gotta look after our bodies better than we did then.

We don’t need to prove how tough we are by sticking it out in the pouring rain.

God knows the last thing I want too is to be soaking wet all day just to prove how tough or hard core I am.

Figure you’re like that too.
