Bodyweight Workout That’ll Hit The Spot!

Over the last month we’ve been doing some of the pyramid style workouts during the DPM Sydney Boot Camp boxing sessions lately so I thought the perfect workout to give you today was a bodyweight workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home:

The deal with this workout is to start with 10 reps of everything, then9 reps, 8 reps and continue all the way down to 1 rep of each exercise. That should cover a pretty good hit out!

1. T Push Ups

2. Russian Twists

(fast forward to 45 seconds into the video)

3. Prisoner Squats

4. Handwalks

5. Body Blasts (on ground or bench)

off the ground

or on a step/bench

Get that into you! Short and sweet for a great fatblasting workout.
