Seeing as last weeks WBW – Wind Back Wednesday – segment was popular let’s keep it running.

Here’s a video from a couple of years back – and this thing is still in the news as being something worth having.

So, if you were around back in the day following the DPM action tips you were ahead of the curve.

Just like those clients back in the day who were training with kettle bells, sledgehammers and tyres before they became cool.

Anyways, check out this video that gives you the must have inclusion in your diet each day.

And if you’re not on board, you’re missing out and only cheating yourself.

I figure that these WBW are a win-win situation.

If you saw it the first time around it just reinforces what you should be doing – especially if something a few years ago is still relevant.

How many things can you say are still as relevant as they were just a few years ago. Remember Myspace and flip phones? Exactly.

However some things stand the test of time like a good bottle of red and the tip I shared.
