A: Your investment varies to suit your PERSONAL needs and transformation requirements. But rest assured, the DPM Transformation sessions are definitely not the cheapest in town and like anything in life, you get what you pay for.

Q: You’ve mentioned your prices aren’t the cheapest in town. Why?

A: Yes, I am proud to say that the investment at DPM are definitely not the cheapest in town. I truly believe that you get what you pay for. And the key word here is investment as you are investing in a solution to what is keeping you awake at night.

If you want the cheapest option, to be honest, my training is definitely not for you.

However, if you want someone who designs the programs to maximise your weight loss and to get you back in your skinny jeans as fast  as possible, as well as someone who will provide you with the nutrition blueprint (with the 3 Day Detox Diet and DPM 4 Week Express Transformation System) and more importantly, the accountability to ensure you actually succeed, all you have to do is follow the easy to follow steps than you are in the right place.

Q: Are your group sessions like most Sydney Bootcamps?

A: NO! I don’t think it is necessary to treat you like you are in the army. I think it is demeaning for both you and me if I put on camo gear (or make you wear all the same ‘uniform’) and yell at you to do another push up with a whistle in my mouth. Don’t laugh, I’ve seen it all before!

My sessions are fun –see the testimonials if you are wondering – challenging and best of all they will get you back in your skinny jeans in a non-threatening environment.

Yes, you will work hard, maybe harder then you’ve ever worked before, but we’ll have a laugh when it suits and get you the results that you have been frustrated in not achieving for all of these years.

The only reason that I use the word boot camp is because that is what people normally search for online when looking for this type of service.

And rest assured, that unlike other Personal Trainers here in Sydney, you won’t see me rocking up to training like I’ve come straight from the beach in singlet and thongs. And you can rest assured that I am more interested in you, and your form and progress, then what is on my mobile phone. Once again, I’ve seen it all before!

Q: Is there a limit on how many people in each session?

A: Yes, I believe that you can only get the most out of your training if we don’t cram as many people into a session as possible – so you actually get personalised one on one attention throughout the session (it’s the closest thing to personal training without having to pay me up to $875/mth)

The sessions are capped at 12 people to ensure your personal attention as well as your personal safety. Unlike bigger groups of 20 or even more where your technique can never be properly monitored.

Q: What can I expect in my training session?

A: The general rule is to expect the unexpected! I use a wide range of equipment, from kettlebells, medicine balls, strength tubes (no not those rehab ones – real ones that make you work!), boxing plus a big focus on body weight training.

Why? Because they all work and I just don’t jump on the latest fad and get you throwing ropes around everywhere like you’re training for a footy game. You’ll also get plenty of heart starting, tummy fat burning, interval training circuits that speed up your results and ensure your toning is on track.

If you are looking to be trained on machines that do half the work for you, then I am sorry, but the DPM Performance style of results based training is not for you.

I only select exercises that maximise your results in minimum time without wasting your time on exercises like crunches and sit ups that only injure your back and have absolutely no weight loss relevance whatsoever.

I also only choose exercises that aren’t going to put more stress on the areas that you normally struggle with the most after sitting in front of a computer all day. We will work on loosening and strengthening those areas.

Q: Can I purchase single training sessions?

A: No, a single session here and there has no benefit in getting you to where you want to be. Achieving your skinny jeans goal should be a long term commitment and that is why I have continual month long program options (which you can cancel at any time).

Q: Do I have to pay via direct debit?

A: Yes, that is the only payment option that I have available. Why? Because training is a habit and it needs to be done on a regular basis to guarantee your results.

It also saves you having to remember to pay for each month of training and me from chasing up people who haven’t paid. Much like your mortage or rent, your car or phone – it is done automatically without you having to think about it.

You are not locked in for any contracted period and may cancel at anytime that you wish provided you put it in writing to me. You are also backed by Paypal so you know you are dealing with a reputed brand.

Q: Do I have to pay even when I’m away on holidays?

A: Yes, just like you still have to pay rent or your mortgage when you’re on holidays, you are ‘holding’ your position in the group if you’re away.

If you are away for an extended period of time I cannot guarantee that there will be space for you on your return – or your current investment will be what it used to be.

Q: Do I need to bring any equipment to our sessions?

A: When you join Team DPM Diamonds you will receive a training mat as well as a DPM t-shirt. I will provide all other equipment needed for all types of training (including inner gloves for boxing).

The only other thing I recommend everyone to bring is a water bottle, sun protection (hat, sunscreen etc) and most importantly, a strong work ethic!

In cooler months I recommend a jacket to throw on after your workouts so you don’t cool down too fast.

Q: How long will I have to train for to get results?

A: It depends on the individual, how many sessions you do a week (with and without DPM), your desire to succeed and more importantly, your eating habits and compliance to the DPM Transformation System.

I have trained people with great results for just an initial month or two. I also have regular clients that I have trained for 8+ years straight who keep getting results.
