I Need Whatever She Did

Need being emphasised greatly.

Those were the exact words I heard yesterday.

After a client read about Kasey’s experience I shared on Wednesday.

Truth is, there’s nothing real different from what Kasey did than to what every DPMer has access too.

The real secret was in the 3 Day Detox Game plan.

The difference is the added accountability of having something to stick to.

Plus me checking in to see she did what she said she’d do.

And of course she did the work.

But too be honest, you don’t even have to be 100% compliant.

It still works.

Cause the thing I know,

just as it is true for you as it is for me,

is that we’re rarely going to be 100% compliant.

1 other Accelerate participant even noticed a strange thing last week.

She had been feeling sick for a couple of days.

Been eating spot on too so it wasn’t from eating too much crap.

Exercise was on point too.

And it wasn’t from being run down.

More a sickly feeling.

So Tuesday last week she had a massive craving for dairy.

She hit it.

Not hard but to satisfy the urge.

Guess what?

Sick feeling gone.

Don’t know what it was or why it happened –

call it some psychosomatic thing or whatever that big word is.

So you might be thinking she strayed it’s bad?

Nah – not when your pants that you hadn’t been able to fit into for ages can now slide up over your thighs and butt.

That’s pretty cool right?

The beauty of it is we’re not seeking perfection.

God knows my week isn’t.

There’s wins and there’s losses.

So long as there’s progress.

And 1 mis-step doesn’t ruin a week.

Or even a day.

You just move onto the next one.
