It’s Groundhog Day

Remember that film from back in the day?

Where Punxatawny Phil pokes out of his burrow and tells Americans whether it’s going to be a long winter.

Always had a thing for Andie MacDowell then too just quietly.

Anyways, today is Groundhog Day in America – well technically it was yesterday here but it’s still Tuesday over there so hang in there with me.

But apart from thinking about Andie MacDowell it got me thinking how for most people every workout they do (if they even do anything) is pretty much another Groundhog Day.

Just like Bill Murray waking up time and time again on Groundhog Day they’re stuck doing the same old thing.

Every. Single. Workout.

God that must be mind numbing.

Not to mention ineffective.

In a big way.

Good on em for doing something BUT

Unfortunately skinny jeans don’t give out participation awards.

Just because you tried.

This ain’t no everything is rosy school where there’s no competition.

This is reality.

If you’re not doing the right thing – you’re hundreds to get into those sexy things hidden away at the back of your wardrobe.

But all doesn’t have to be lost.

Need some variety?

** Monday & Wednesday mornings at Lilyfield – 5:40-6:40am

** Tues and Thursday mornings at Observatory Hill 7:15-7:45am

** Saturday mornings at Observatory Hill 8-9am
