How’s your year gone to date?

Are you on track with everything and heading in the right direction?

Do you even know what direction you’re heading in?

If you are still on the right path, fantastic – you are definitely someone special and will get where you want to go.

I don’t just say that to pump up your tyres.

But you really do deserve recognition if you’re still on top of things now – at the magic three week mark.

Cause it’s this time of year – you know, the back end of January, and with Straya Day long weekend that people can tend to lose the plot.

That’s all well and good, if it’s a momentary lapse.

You know a blowout over one day isn’t going to exactly be the be all and end all of you getting where you want to go.

BUT.

There’s always a but.

It won’t stop you going where you want to go – so long as you nip it in the bud and don’t let that one blow out cause you to spin out of control in a downward spiral.

To be honest, things can get hard around now.

You’ve been busting your butt for a few weeks since your big moment of getting the show on the road at the start of the year and things can start getting old.

You may be getting sick and tired of eating similar stuff even though it just takes a little bit of googling to be creative with your ‘healthy’ food.

It’s hot so that drink can get more and more tempting.

Trust me.

I gave in the other night.

Wasn’t planned.

However, life happened and as you do I found myself with a cold one (to be honest I didn’t stop at one. Not even two…)

But the old saying that it takes 21 days to build a habit rings true I think.

You don’t just expect things to be perfect after day one.

You realise there may be slip ups.

That’s cool.

So long as you’ve got a game plan to overcome the similar situation the next time it arises.

And with Straya Day on Monday chances are there’s a big weekend lined up yeah?

All well and good so long as you know what you’ve got to do on Tuesday.

Get back on the horse and resume as normal.

If you do need help however with getting back on the horse, or even how to get a leg up on that horse to start your journey, maybe we should have a chat.

You see, we can lock in a time next week and discuss how working together might be a viable option.

But do me a favour, don’t fill this form in if you’re not 100% serious about doing something with it. I’m not a charity with endless hours to spare just to chat.

  • If you’re sitting on the fence, it’s not for you.
  • If you’d rather train in a gym, it’s not for you.
  • If you’re the type of person who just wants to get as much free info out of me then it’s not for you.
  • If you’re the sort of person that isn’t going to do anything with the game changing information that you’re about to discover – then it is definitely not for you.

You need to be ready.

You need to be guided.

Then, maybe you are the right type of person who would suit my style of training. If not, that’s cool. I’ll sleep the same tonight.
