Outdoor Workout: Make The Most Of The Winter Sun!

This workout gives you a great opportunity to get out in the great outdoors this Winter. Sure, you may not want to be out ┬ádoing this when it is cold and dark first thing in the morning or at the end of the day BUT if you get outside in the Winter sunshine during the middle of the day when the good old Sydney Winter conditions kick in – then it will be a great little hit out for you.

And you can boost that vitamin D intake at the same time.

For best results – do this workout somewhere with a view – that’s why I love training at Observatory Hill and Dawes Point in The Rocks area in Sydney as part of my Sydney Boot Camp sessions.

So, let’s give this one a go. It may look simple, but trust me, it will be effective!

    1. Walking Lunges x 30 (15 each leg)
    2. Sprint back to start
    3. Prisoner Squat Push Ups x 15 – Demo video below

4. Walking Hovers x 30

Repeat x 4

 

And that’s it. Like I said, it may look simple but it will hit the spot by getting your heart rate up and best yet, it won’t take you more than 20 mins or so to do.
