Have you ever seen that doco that everyone was talking about last year – That Sugar Film?

Not the most exciting doco that I’ve ever seen.

One of those true life crime stories always gets a run there but this one is worth the watch none the less.

If you’ve never heard of it, it’s about a bloke who doesn’t eat sugar deciding that he’s going to eat it for 60 days and see what it does for his body.

Well no shit you’d think like I did cause I assumed he would just eat Maccas and all that crap like the bloke from Supersize Me did years ago.

But this was different.

Decided to eat what is considered ‘healthy food’ only for that 6 weeks.

You know the stuff that those space cadet nutritionists recommend?

The products they’re paid to promote?

See his diet had to consist of the ‘healthy’ breakfast cereal..

Could only eat low fat foods.

And drink stuff like Orange Juice.

It’s worth the watch just to see what it does to his body over the 60 days.

Especially cause he wasn’t allowed to eat the junk food you’d traditionally associate with these types of results.

And also goes to show that all those ‘if it fits your macros’ people who opt for low calorie everything are barking up the wrong tree health wise.

So get your Molly Meldrum on, and do yourself a favour and check it out.

Now this type of stuff would be of no real surprise if you’ve been following the DPM game plan that’s included as part of the 3 Day Detox.

Don’t get me wrong here – we’re not all anti sugar.

I’ve tried that approach – yeah sure it works.

But it’s just too restrictive.

It makes you end up resenting eating when it should be the exact opposite.

The DPM game plan is more modifying what sugars you eat.

And without going totally carb free – just carb cycling.

So you don’t have to lock yourself away and live like a nun while you follow this.

It’s actually pretty simple to follow is most peoples surprised feedback when they first start doing it.
