Sydney Boot Camp Group Training

These DPM Sydney Boot Camp group personal training sessions are run in the CBD and Botany.

The CBD sessions are located at either Observatory Hill right next to the Sydney CBD or at Dawes Point under the Harbour Bridge at the end of George St.

It is very easy to get to from either Circular Quay or Wynyard train stations.

The Botany sessions are located close to the local Business Parks and near the Southern Cross Drive exit on Botany Rd.

There are 3 package options that have been designed to maximise your value for money and of course, your fitness and fat loss results.

CBD SESSIONS

This is a great start to the week combining interval drills with stair and hill challenges to give you a great metabolism boosting workout. Perfect for people training for the longer races like City to Surf or Half Marathon.

Venue: Dawes Point in the Rocks (corner of Lower Fort and George Street) – we meet in the small park under The Harbour Bridge, see red dot on map

Tuesday and Thursday Lunch Time Boxing 12:05-12:50pm

Based on a boxing circuit format with cardio interval and strength drills combine for maximium fat loss results and a great excuse to get out of the office in the middle of the day to de-stress!

Tuesday we box and Thursday is circuit based. I provide all boxing gear on Tuesdays

Tuesday and Thursday Pulse Circuit 5:30pm-6:30pm

Circuits are bodyweight exercises with kettlebell and cardio intervals mixed together.

prince alfred park Sydney Boot Camp Group TrainingWednesday morning Fatblast Session 7:15-8am (Women only)

Sessions are mixed between boxing circuits and bodyweight circuits to maximise your fat loss. Perfectly suited to those based up the other end of town.

Venue: Prince Alfred Park (next to Central Station on Chalmers St side) – just below black dot in map and where the row of seats are near Chalmers St

Friday morning Bodyweight Blitz Workout 7am-7:30am

Based on my Bodyweight Blitz online program we use only your own bodyweight to get a great workout!

Saturday Morning Circuit 8am-9am - 1 Space Available only

A great start to a weekend. Combining bodyweight exercises with kettlebells and intervals for an all over workout. The occassional boxing session is thrown in.

BOTANY SESSIONS

Monday and Wednesday Evening 45 minute Botany Boxing 5:30pm-6:15pm

Venue: Booralee Park, Botany. Please enquire for details and meeting point.
