What Says You?

Any of these sound familiar?

  • You used to be fit and healthy but got caught up in the corporate treadmill and working long hours

If any of those sound exactly like where you’re at right now I’m currently tossing up whether to run another transformation contest.

You see, I wasn’t going to do this again this year but in the last week I’ve had 2 people tell me they need something like this to help get them back on track.

It’s the extra accountability that means you’ve got something short term to work towards.

So all I want to ask today is are you interested?

Not just a half arsed yeah maybe.

Are you 100% in if I organise one to kick off in the next week to help you get back on track to finish the year off?

I haven’t worked out any details or anything cause I’ll only do it if there’s enough interest.

But it’d likely be 5 or 6 weeks in length and you’d get the complete workout to follow along to, so even if you can’t make one of our sessions in person you can still get the benefit of it.

You’ll also get the diet plan to follow and the accountability with weekly check ins to ensure that you get out of it what you want.
