You’d Be Surprised With This

Time can get away and I get it – you’re under the pump as much as I am – so it can be hard sometimes to get in a regular workout.

Then you have the days where it doesn’t even come close.

But here’s something that may work for you (and something that I can still feel today after hitting it on Tuesday).

Should’ve taken me just over 5 mins but Emily came home half way through me doing it so I was a bit distracted playing with her.

Anyways, all I knocked out was 10 sets of 10 push ups.

That’s it.

The idea is to have a short rest after each set – you know 10 secs or so.

At the start of the sets you won’t need as long a rest as you’ll need at the back end.

It doesn’t sound like much but it works.

I can assure you of that.

So it just goes to show that no matter how busy we get – and how many things can get in the way – there’s still time for a workout.

Maybe not the traditional 1hr workout that a lot of people like but give me the 5 minute express session and actually getting something out of it then someone who wonders aimlessly around a gym for half of their workout wondering what to do or just going through the motions on the treadmill.

I know I can find a fair few other things that can be done in that extra 55 minutes that is saved.
